CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS
Please be respectful of my time as I most certainly will be of yours as well. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify me within 24 hours.

Please be mindful that habitual last minute cancellations will not be tolerated and may result in my no longer accepting your appointment requests.

EYELASH TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS
Touchup appointments are for returning clients who had their lashes applied within the last 14 days or less and retain 50% or more of their extensions.

An extended fill is for clients who prefer to extend their appointments beyond 14 days who retain 50% or more of their extensions.

If it has been over 21 days, or if less than 50% of the lash extensions remain, Full-Set pricing will apply according to artists discretion.

FOREIGN FILLS
If you are coming to Mega Lash with existing lashes, please select the extended / foreign fill option.
NOTE: If the work is damaging or I am unable to work over it and guarantee results, I will recommend removal and a new set.

There are exceptions to these rules, as each client has a unique pattern for lash regrowth. Every lash appointment is subject to change if the initial assessment of lashes will require a longer/shorter appointment. Artist will discuss and confirm any adjustments with clients individually before work begins.
